To ensure project efficiency and maintain transparent pricing, our packages include a specific number of design revision rounds during the development phase. A "revision round" refers to a consolidated list of changes provided by the client after reviewing a design draft.
We'll present a design draft, and you'll provide all your feedback and changes in one comprehensive list. We'll then implement those changes, which counts as one round.
Changes to text, images, and minor layout adjustments within the agreed-upon scope of the project.
A revision round does not include a complete redesign of an approved section, significant new content not previously provided, or changes to the agreed-upon project scope.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing all website text content and images. This allows us to best represent your unique brand and services.
Image Procurement
If you're unable to provide suitable images, we can procure high-quality, commercially licensed stock images from our library.
Content Procurement Fee
This will be a flat fee of $10 per image selected from our commercial use image library. This ensures legal compliance and professional visuals for your site.
Minor Copy Editing

We'll refine your submitted text for clarity, grammar, and web readability, ensuring it flows well on your new site. This doesn't include generating new content from scratch.
Professional Copywriting Collaboration

Should you require additional revision rounds beyond what's included in your chosen package, these will be billed separately to ensure our time is fairly compensated and your project stays on track.
Additional Revision Rounds (during project):

This fee covers the time and effort required to process and implement additional feedback. Complex or extensive revisions may be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Post-Launch Revisions (Non-Maintenance Plan Clients):
Once your website is launched and approved, any future revisions or updates will be billed at our standard hourly rate, or you can opt for our Monthly Hive Maintenance & Security Plan for ongoing support.
Hourly Rate: $50 per hour (with a 1-hour minimum charge)
This applies to clients who choose not to subscribe to a monthly maintenance plan
